Full or partial payment must be completed before the tour departure date.
Payments can be made through approved online payment methods, bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
Any additional personal expenses during the tour are not included unless specifically mentioned.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be informed in advance through phone or email.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and service arrangements already made.
No refund may be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during the tour.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
4. Tour Schedule & Itinerary
Tour timings and itineraries may change due to weather conditions, forest department regulations, tide conditions, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances.
Sundarban Tour Package reserves the right to modify or cancel activities if necessary for passenger safety.
5. Wildlife & Forest Rules
The Sundarbans is a protected forest area; guests must follow all forest and wildlife regulations.
Feeding animals, littering, loud music, alcohol consumption, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Sightings of wildlife, including the Royal Bengal Tiger, cannot be guaranteed.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
Carrying valid identification documents
Taking care of personal belongings
Following safety instructions provided by guides and staff
Maintaining respectful behavior towards local communities and fellow travelers
Any damage caused to property, boats, vehicles, or accommodations by guests may result in additional charges.
7. Health & Safety
Guests should inform us in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements.
Travelers participate in the tour at their own risk.
Sundarban Tour Package will not be responsible for illness, injury, accidents, loss, theft, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Transportation & Accommodation
Vehicle types and accommodation categories will be provided according to package selection and availability.
Basic facilities in remote Sundarban areas may differ from city standards.
9. Photography & Media
Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless guests request otherwise in writing.
10. Website & Content Usage
All website content, images, logos, and materials belong to Sundarban Tour Package and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
11. Force Majeure
Sundarban Tour Package shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, transport issues, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
